and the very abundant share we received on Saturday. The salad mix was marvelous and lunar white carrots made a wonderful soup along with their tops, a new experience for us! Edible flowers were a huge hit and another first. The beets with greens will be the next! I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the quality, variety, and amount of vegetables we received. We are just so happy to be participating!
